Airtel Rwanda continue innovation to their customers


On this Monday 11 may 2020, Airtel Rwanda Launches One Stop Digital Platform “kizigenza muri karitsiye” to it’s customers which enable them offers a convenient self service channel to manage their account and interact with Customer Care, best of services  , pay bills online, view payment history and complete account management, where Airtel Rwanda will be rewarding a ‘Community Champion’.

Launching on the campaign, Amit Chawla Airtel Rwanda Managing Director said “We have designed and developed the portal after spending extensive time researching customer needs and understanding their requirements for a time efficient , To become a Community Champion’ all you need to do is to download the Self-care app and make a recharge for your friends & family”.amit said.

Airtel Rwanda remind their customers  that the community  champion  will get 5% ,this online platform will empowering customers with a convenient with best experience for Airtel mobile as one of company’s self service capabilities and this will be available  24*7 as a way of managing their mobile accounts during this time of  prevention measures of covid -19.
